We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

1. Log into your account on the website in the "My Account" section.
2. In the "Track Your Recent Order Section" click on the "View Details" link for the order, in which you would like to initiate an RMA.
3. Choose the number of items you want to return in the "Order Items" section.
4. In the "Order Return Options" section, choose the Reason and Method for the return.
5. Finally, you can add comments in the "Comments" section; this is optional on your part; these comments will help us better understand your reason for return.  Once done, click the "Save RMA" button, and you will receive an automated email message that will contain your order number, the RMA number, and additional instructions.
A quick word about refunding shipping charges:
  • If we sent you the wrong item, the item's description/picture was incorrect or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all shipping charges.
  • If you are returning an item for any reason other than the ones stated above, all shipping charges will be billed to you and are not refundable.
